The journal “Bulletin of Tuva state University” is a printed publication of the Federal state budgetary educational institution of higher education” Tuva state University ” (Tuvsu). Created on the basis of the decision of the Academic Council of Tulsu (Protocol No. 14 of February 01, 2009)

Vestnik of Tuva state University is guided by the legislation of the Russian Federation and regulations of the Ministry of science and higher education of the Russian Federation.
The main goal of the scientific journal “Bulletin of Tuva state University” is to create a scientific information environment and disseminate information about scientific developments and research conducted by scientists of Tuvsu and the Republic of Tuva, scientists and specialists from other regions of Russia and abroad.

In 2019, the scientific journal “Bulletin of Tuva state University” will be published 16 times a year, 4 issues per quarter. Issues Of ” Bulletin Of Tuvsu. Social and humanitarian Sciences”, ” Bulletin of Tuvsu. Natural and agricultural Sciences”, ” Bulletin of Tuvsu. Technical and physical and mathematical Sciences ” and ” Bulletin of Tuvsu. Pedagogical Sciences” will be published in March, June, September, and December. The transition to the new format implies that the following journal parameters will be changed: conditions for publishing a scientific article, technical requirements for the article design, etc.
